Goals & Mission
Let’s Grow Together!
Right now, this is just me, my laptop, and a small Berlin studio apartment. But that’s not where I plan to stop — and I’d love to take You along for the ride.
Here’s a glimpse into where I hope to grow — and how these steps could support Your work too:
1. Professionalizing the infrastructure
My first goal is to generate enough income to bring in expert financial and legal support. For now, I’m figuring everything out solo — learning from free resources and piecing it together step by step. With the right professional backing, I’ll have more time and energy for You, and I can raise the quality and clarity of every service I offer.
2. Building a team
I don’t want this to be a one-person show forever. I want to create jobs — starting with paid internships, collaborating with skilled freelancers, and eventually offering stable, fairly paid positions. I want my future team to have the tools they need too — laptops, phones, software — so they can work well and feel valued. A diverse, international team means even more flexible and specialized support for You.
3. A shared space
Once the team is in place, I’d love to rent a small workspace — not just for working, but also as a warm, professional spot to meet You in person. Digital calls are practical, but human connection still matters.
4. Expanding the range of expertise
Digitalization is a big need in the arts — from archives to online shops. I may not be the expert (yet!), but one of my long-term goals is to collaborate with people who are. That way, I can offer future sessions on digital tools, workflows, and platforms tailored to creative work.
5. Community events that grow with us
In the beginning, our monthly gatherings might just be a casual meet-up at a bar or an exhibition. But as things grow, I’d love to host bigger events — renting venues, covering food and drinks, and creating meaningful spaces for artists and cultural workers to connect.
6. A smoother online experience
I’d love to keep developing the website — adding a booking calendar, automated slots, and easier ways to access updates and events. Everything should feel intuitive and user-friendly for You.
7. Giving back
One of my biggest goals is to make sure support is there for people who need it but can’t afford it. That could mean offering free or discounted sessions, or starting a small stipend to help cover material costs for selected individuals. This will always be part of what I do.
8. Broadening the scope
Right now, my focus is visual arts — but I’d love to eventually work with people from other creative fields too: musicians, writers, performers, and beyond. I won’t offer services I can’t deliver — but I do want to partner with people who can extend this support model across disciplines.
And here’s my promise:
I want to do all of this without raising prices unnecessarily — and without ever compromising on personal attention or care.
Will it all happen overnight? No. Will it happen at all? That depends on the people who believe in the idea and choose to be part of it.
When You book a service, You’re not just hiring help — You’re contributing to something being built with care. And I’ll do my absolute best to make it worthwhile — for both of us.
